Sho-Me Showdown Guidelines / Entry

-Entries intake form and entry fee must be paid before August 16th,2

 -Your spot is only secured once entry fee is paid!  

-Entries will be accepted from Friday August 18th at 2pmCT Until Saturday August 19th at 11amCT

-AOD will oversee intake from entrants at MoCannafest V

-Entrants will turn entries into the AOD Booth at MoCannafest V 

-No judges will be on site during the intake process.

Intake steps per entrant

1. Sample Intake ( 1OZ per Entry)
   1. Intake in accordance with the Entry Intake Form
   2. Mark Entrant’s entry as received in Entry Intake Spreadsheet
2. Deidentification and repackaging  
3. Judges packs ready for judges

2. Verify COA and mark entry as received in the Entry Intake Spreadsheet

Calculating Winners

-Each category is worth 10 Pts for a total possible score of 70 Pts

-Each Judge’s assessments of each entry will be entered in a spreadsheet

-The average of every judge’s scores will be calculated for each entry

-The entries will be ranked based on those scores (PURE MEDIAN OF JUDGES SCORE)

-If there is a tie, a judge from a different group will be the tiebreaker

Announcing Winners

-AOD will announce winners on Saturday evening by 8pm at MoCannafest V.
